Ingredients
- 1lb chicken
- 2 tomatoes
- 1tbsp ginger paste
- 1tbsp garlic paste
- salt
- red chilli powder
Preparation
- Grate or puree the tomatoes.
- Fry the ginger and garlic paste in oil till brown.
- Add the tomatoes and chicken, along with some salt and red chilli powder for seasoning.
- Cover and cook on medium heat until the chicken is tender (about 20 mins).
- Add some water, more seasoning and cook another 5 mins to make it a curry.
